Exceptional
Brand new hotel, so everything was good for us. Big windows, nice concept. Next to train station. If you want to visit München old town, just take train from here to Marienplatz and voila you are there ? cost almost nothing and it took 12 Minutes only with direct train ?
Shower with no door is just the next level - found it nice, just like any other villas in BALI but this is hotel in München ? just put a towel on the floor and problem solved ??
The frontdesk man told us parking at ground floor is 15 EUR untill 11 AM (we only stay for 1 night) but he also informed us that parking on the street infront of the hotel is FREE and it safe!! So we parked outside and its safe just like what he said ?
The hairdryer, when it gets really warm it stop it self (i have a long thick hair and was half dry when it stop ? so i need to wait a lil bit longer and do the other half after it works again ? but that's not a big deal ?
Main bed makes noise when you turn around, but my husband didn't noticed maybe because he is exhausted after a long day travel ?
For the rest i like the room we've stayed ?

Everyone was so friendly. Via messages before the arrival, during the check in, then checking if everything is fine. The room was very nice and so comfortable that we decided not to go out that evening and just relax and go to sleep early.
We also made a special request as it was my sons birthday, they said they can't promise to deliver as it was unusual, but the great surprise was there when we came.
Suroundings were also much nicer than we expected.
I work as a tour guide and stay in at least 20 hotels every year, so I don't often leave reviews, but this one was so great that I had to do it.
Shower doesn't have doors, just walls, so it is basicly a part of the room, only partially hiden. So I wouldn't recomend sharing it with a person you don't want to see naked ?♂️

The hotel is located right next to a train station, just a few stops from downtown Munich.
Downstairs, there is a supermarket and a bakery where you can find good options for breakfast.
We were not able to use the hotel's underground parking garage due to its 2-meter height limit, but there are free parking spaces in the nearby residential area.
I booked a family room for two adults and two teenagers aged 14 and 16. I expected more of a studio setup, but we were accommodated in a single room, with all four of us sharing the same space. The single beds added for kids turned out to be confortable, but the room was really small for the four of us (plus dog).

The bed was shockingly uncomfortable possibly the worst bed I’ve ever slept in , the room was dark & small we were staying for 6 nites so this didn’t help

The room was large enough to accomodate the four of us and it was clean. We liked that next to the hotel we've had tram station.
There wasn't a mini fridge.

It was really nice, clean, comfortable with friendly staff! We could actually park our car in the street for free, which was super convenient. There was a supermarket and bakery downstairs of the hotel which we also enjoyed, since the location is far away from the city center, it provided us some options.
The location sadly. It was right next to the s bahn station, which is great, but that s bahn was a bit rare. So if you miss it, then you have to go by bus, which takes way longer. Other than this, nothing! ☺️

The hotel was modern and clean. Friendly staff. Free beer if you don’t get your room cleaned. It was right next to the train station with a direct route into Munich. There was also a bus that we used a few times. Day pass was $19.70 for two people. It was dog friendly. We had a van so couldn’t use use garage but street parking right near the hotel. There was also a supermarket next door that had a bakery.
It wasn’t a big problem but I had messaged privately asking to arrive a day early and to get the room another night. They replied saying this was fine but it hadn’t been booked which meant we had to move rooms. They did give us a bigger room for the same price which was kind.

The hotel is very nice and updated. When I checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean, the shower did not have a door so some water could get out but there were additional bath mats to prevent this, which was very appreciated.
It is a bit out of the centre but was easy to access using the S-Bahn.

Everything was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the stay very pleasant. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would gladly stay here again.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met my expectations and the stay was comfortable from beginning to end.
