Location , staff support and attitude, clean room, clean sheets and bathroom , free parking outside and paid underground parking, so you can chose , the idea for offering beer choice if you don’t want the room to be cleaned is perfect, we prefer not to have other people entering our room . Good value for money
At the entrance people are smoking and the smoke enter into the entrance area

Great location right on the S-Bahn. The room is quiet with the windows shut, and the bed is very comfortable. Parking is easy, and there is a wonderful grocery store in the same building. Overall a great value for a stay in Munich.
The shower configuration is odd without a door or curtain, and is basically open to the room. This is OK if you’re by yourself or with someone very close to you, but it is difficult to keep the floor dry.

The hotel itself is comfortable and convenient. During working days, transportation is totally fine because the S-Bahn runs regularly.
The location can be inconvenient, especially on weekends. The S-Bahn stops running on weekends, which makes it harder to get around. There is a bus route nearby, but it is very slow and takes about one hour to reach the city center.

The room was warm enough and clean. The tea kettle worked. There were plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The elevators were working and the lobby was a great place to chill with colleagues.
When using the stairs, the door to floor 2 wouldn't open. The card reader responded but the door was stuck.

The space, cleanses, view, and room colors/decorations.
The bed was not a one king bed, if was two concatenated beds that have a separation that was not comfortable for me while sleeping.

Beds were hard and the thin topper kept sliding off bed. No
Shower privacy (shower basically part of the room). No place to put clothes. Coffee machine in lobby was expensive for the amount of coffee it provided when it worked. Few restaurants close by.

Everything was good, the cleanliness level was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and there was a large supermarket near the hotel.
