The hotel’s location is really excellent… it’s right in front of the station when you get off at Fasengarten, which is very close to the city centre. You can have breakfast at the HIT Market located underneath the hotel, where you’ll find everything you need. The staff are very attentive, friendly and always keen to help with anything. It’s excellent value for price / performance. I highly recommend it for your stay in Munich.
The lack of wardrobes in the rooms is a bit of a nuisance. What’s more, the bathroom has no door. We managed, but I would have preferred it to have a door.

Fantastic location with S Bahn station right outside and a supermarket next door. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious room, great shower.
Double bed is two separate single mattresses that easily moved in the night causing a gap.

Location , staff support and attitude, clean room, clean sheets and bathroom , free parking outside and paid underground parking, so you can chose , the idea for offering beer choice if you don’t want the room to be cleaned is perfect, we prefer not to have other people entering our room . Good value for money

The hotel is new, the staff is friendly and helpful. It is very close to the S-bahn station and in 20 minutes you could reach the centre of Munich. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I got twice free beer from the reception for not cleaning the room. The price for staying in the hotel was really good.
The shower cabin is missing a door. The carpet had some spots.
