Everything was good, the cleanliness level was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and there was a large supermarket near the hotel.

Location of the hotel, just 5 train stops to Marienplatz. It is quite new.
There is kettle available to make tee.
Parking garage is available for 15 Euro per night but you dont have to use if there is parking available along the road which is free of charge.
Hotel room is too small for 2 Persons. Too uncomfortable for 3 nights stay.
Wash basin has No door available and also the Shower room, not even a shower curtain. I was freezing while taking a bath.
No cups available to use for brushing your teeth, so we have to use the cups for making tee.
Our room is at the 2nd floor and it is beside the stairs, it is very loud if some guests used the stairs in the middle of the night.
The most i did not like is that there is no breakfast offered, because they dont even have a breakfast room.

For our opinion it is a good hotel with some reservations and limitations. The room is very clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location - not in the city center. but very close to the S train (every 20 minutes; 15 minutes to the center). The room is quite (despite of the train). There is no breakfast, but there is bakery and a big supermarket downstairs
The room is very small. Only one chair in the room for two. There is no fridge (but you can use one located in the reception area). The bed is not very comfortable.

Literally next to the train station, the city center is like 20-30min train ride. On the first floor there’s a cafeteria and a supermarket which is really convenient.
The bathroom/restroom has a weird layout and also the sofa bed / single bed was really uncomfortable

The large bed in the superior room was completely uncomfortable as it was made up of two foundations with a thin topper on top, and the foundation slid out of underneath the topper while laying in the middle

Just steps from the S3 Fasagarten stop, so transport is easiest. Check in process was smooth with attending staff. We opted for no housekeeping so beers were received in exchange. Elevators were prompt and large for bags and people. Shower is open so be mindful when booking for friends and not couples. Towels were amazingly soft and fluffy. We stayed over Oktoberfest Wiesn opening weekend.
AC wasn’t that cold and the window didn’t fully open for good ventilation.

Wonderful
A very calm and quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. The concept of the hotel is excellent, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. There is plenty of free parking nearby, and a wide choice of public transport (train and bus) makes getting around the city easy. An ideal place for a peaceful stay with convenient access to the city center.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant on-site or in the immediate vicinity.

Wonderful
1. Excellent vibe in the hotel lobby and reception area. Felt a very casual-but-welcoming vibe from the different reception team members, which I felt was exceptional.
2. Immediately next to Fasangarten station, no further legwork needed after arriving via train and for heading into the city center after arrival.
3. Hotel provided complementary beer (or sparkling water) for guests that opt out of daily room cleaning service - a very friendly gesture.
4. I expected more noise being in such close proximity to train stop and tracks, but there was hardly any trouble in this aspect for my 3rd floor accommodation (with windows shut).
1. As others have mentioned, the washroom layout is a little strange. There's absolutely no separator nor divider into the shower space, so beware of the lack of privacy and water potentially splashing out (if the guest were to stand a bit further back in the shower).
2. Minor inconvenience of the floor only being halfway carpeted. Solid floor can get a little cold to step on for those not used to the weather/temperature. Some slippers would be excellent to have.
3. Room layout leaves little-to-none in terms of space for laying out luggage. Could just fit my one open luggage bag in the entrance passageway.

Very nice location next to the sbahn
The parking was not advertised as payable before booking that it was upon payment and it was 15€/day.
Every time the people next to me were moving the wall of the bed was moving which was annoying.
The walls and bathroom were not clean. In the office wall there were signs of coffee stains. Same in the bathroom
