It's a nice, well-designed, clean, efficient, pretty new hotel with a modern concept. It offers all the essentials at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but comfortable, and there is a 24h porter. Overall a good experience.
It's far from the centre. It's right next to a train stop, which makes transport easy, but due to some local transport disruption, we had some difficulties for a few days. The shops near the hotel are closed in the evening and on holidays and weekends, and there is nothing else in the surroundings. The selection of products from the internal vending machine is okay but limited.

Right beside train station Very friendly and helpful young folk on reception Quiet area. Slept like a log Bakery next door where you can enjoy a lovely, cheap breakfast Innovative "green" scheme where you can claim a free beer for each day you can forego room servicing!
For a few days of visiting Munich, you really couldn't do better that this hotel.

Great location, close to the s-barn which made for easy trips into the city. Hotel is in the suburbs, so driving there from the airport was not crazy with traffic. The staff let us have a room early so we could freshen up/stash bags (we had 3 rooms booked for a group of 5). The underground parking was €15 per night, but super convenient. There's a bakery and supermarket downstairs, which made breakfast easy.
Not a lot to complain about, just needs a door on the shower to stop water splashing everywhere!

1. get what you will expect from a modern hotel 2. it is literally next to the metro station. (The station itself is a bit far away from the city center tho)
Why does the shower room NOT have a door... Luckily, I am by myself, but it still feels weird. What if I am sharing the room with my friend...

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodated requests. The hotel is also very close to a train station for easy connection to the centre.
