Very close to the city center and there’s a direct S-Bahn from Hauptbahnhof to the hotel and back, comfortable bed and next to supermarket and bakeries

Location and wifi.
There was just one lift working ( it is a big hotel) and housekeeping didn't change my bedlines. The pillows were not comfortable.

Staff we dealt with were amazing. Hotel is ideally located by local s-line train station. With a good super market next door. Only slight concern room was small but as we only slept and cleaned up was not a major issue. Bed was very comfortable.

Great value for money and next to a supermarket and bakery, easy to get into city centre. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms
In a twin room, the lack of shower privacy makes it impossible to use - I would recommend they put a bar at the top of the entrance with a moveable curtain at least. Didn't have an issue sleeping in the bed, but it was a bit narrow for me and both the mattress topper and bed would move easily.
