The hotel itself is comfortable and convenient. During working days, transportation is totally fine because the S-Bahn runs regularly.
The location can be inconvenient, especially on weekends. The S-Bahn stops running on weekends, which makes it harder to get around. There is a bus route nearby, but it is very slow and takes about one hour to reach the city center.

The room was warm enough and clean. The tea kettle worked. There were plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The elevators were working and the lobby was a great place to chill with colleagues.
When using the stairs, the door to floor 2 wouldn't open. The card reader responded but the door was stuck.

The bed was not a one king bed, if was two concatenated beds that have a separation that was not comfortable for me while sleeping.

Very close to the train station. Larger rooms
Beds were hard and the thin topper kept sliding off bed. No Shower privacy (shower basically part of the room). No place to put clothes. Coffee machine in lobby was expensive for the amount of coffee it provided when it worked. Few restaurants close by.

Everything was good, the cleanliness level was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and beautiful, and there was a large supermarket near the hotel.

Location of the hotel, just 5 train stops to Marienplatz. It is quite new. There is kettle available to make tee. Parking garage is available for 15 Euro per night but you dont have to use if there is parking available along the road which is free of charge.
Hotel room is too small for 2 Persons. Too uncomfortable for 3 nights stay. Wash basin has No door available and also the Shower room, not even a shower curtain. I was freezing while taking a bath. No cups available to use for brushing your teeth, so we have to use the cups for making tee. Our room is at the 2nd floor and it is beside the stairs, it is very loud if some guests used the stairs in the middle of the night. The most i did not like is that there is no breakfast offered, because they dont even have a breakfast room.

For our opinion it is a good hotel with some reservations and limitations. The room is very clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Location - not in the city center. but very close to the S train (every 20 minutes; 15 minutes to the center). The room is quite (despite of the train). There is no breakfast, but there is bakery and a big supermarket downstairs
The room is very small. Only one chair in the room for two. There is no fridge (but you can use one located in the reception area). The bed is not very comfortable.
