It was a nice room very spacious, also easily accessible to get to main town and station. We took the train for getting to airport.
The staff were very helpful

Great amenities. We like the kitchen with pots & pans to cook with. We especially like the luggage areas for two, and the bench. We would highly recommend for whoever come to Munich to stay here. Price is reasonable at the time we booked, good breakfast, comfy bed, and it has a laundry facility next to the breakfast area. Cost €4 to do a (small) load of laundry; if you bring your own detergent pods, it will save you €2 from buying a detergent pod from the front desk.
The only downside was we need to walk 8-12 minutes to get to the nearest tram or S-Bahn/U-Bahn.

The studio apartment was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
The room was extremely hot and there was no way to control the temperature. We requested fans but they suggested opening the windows as the only option. Unfortunately this resulted in a lot of noise from nearby restaurants and pubs.

The location is great and the family room was very comfortable and with plenty of space for a family!
They don’t clean the room everyday if you don’t request it!! They only take the garbage off and they do nothing else as a room service !

I recently had my first visit to Munich, and it was completely ruined by the traumatic experience at this hotel. I would strongly advise everyone, especially families, to stay away.
I arrived at 8:00 PM on Sunday, April 5th (Easter weekend) with my two underage children after a long train journey from Berlin. We were exhausted. At the reception, we were met by a man named Firat Uhan. As he was giving a lengthy speech about the hotel, I politely interrupted, explained that we were very tired, and simply asked where the laundry was so we could go to our room.
The staff member’s reaction was terrifying. He started shouting, waving his arms, and screaming: 'Get out of here, I am canceling your reservation!' I was forced to apologize for nothing and literally beg him not to kick me and my children out of a fully pre-paid room on a holiday night. It was humiliating and stressful.
I immediately emailed the management. The next morning, a manager called me. Instead of apologizing for the trauma caused to my family, he was condescending. He 'allowed' us to stay but insulted my intelligence, suggesting that I simply didn't understand the English used during the check-in. To be insulted twice—first by aggressive threats and then by gaslighting from management—is unacceptable. No one has apologized to me for this ordeal to this day.
Furthermore, the cleaning quality is highly questionable. Between the hostile atmosphere and the lack of hygiene, this hotel is a disgrace to the industry. My first trip to Munich was ruined. Never again

Perfect location to explore Munich and surrounding areas. Close to train station and also near parks. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
