It's a nice hotel with good location, friendly staff, clean. The room was big and a had a small kitchen.
Take this with a grain of salt, I'm a very pretentious person when it comes to hotel breakfasts and I'm rating this one 5/10. At this price point I would expect more variaty, better coffee, more pastry, more vegetables and fruits. On the good side, there was a lot of meats: sausages, omlette, bacon, some cheese and machine with fake juices. Reminded me of America.

Everything - spacious well equipped room, clean, great facilities including washing/drying in the common area which we used, tea/coffee laid out for use 24/7; very nice helpful and responsive staff; very good breakfast; proximity of (paid) parking - garage is next door.

They managed to create a real "home away from home" feeling. The hotel has everything you need for an extended stay (I stayed for two weeks). Staff are friendly. Especially Mohammad, who works the day shift during weekdays. He is a professional!
I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day. The breakfast area is designed like a living room, making it a pleasant spot to sit during the day/evening and enjoy a cup of tea.
The room is more of a small flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and a full work desk.
The bed is very comfortable.
Washing machines were very useful (2 euros per load, free drying).
Westend is a nice neighborhood with plenty of small pubs and good restaurants.
I will definitely stay here on my next visit.
A few minor details in the breakfast area can be improved: first, there are always plenty of tables available. But they aren't clean fast enough. People's leftovers can stay for more than half an hour. Sometimes this creates situations where new people have nowhere to sit. Sometimes it's just disgusting. Sometimes the plates are cleared, but the table isn't wiped (I would wipe it myself, but there aren't any wipes available).
The vegetables, especially the tomatoes, look miserable. It's a shame because right next door (half a minute walk), there are two supermarkets with very fresh tomatoes. I ended up buying them there and bringing my own to breakfast. Still, maybe most people don't eat vegetables in the morning, and so don't care. It will not stop me from staying there again.

The staff was friendly, breakfast rich and delicious. Close to old town. If you don´t like to walk - tram and metro stations close to the hotel. Great big shopping mall in the same building. Many great restaurants near the hotel. No problems with the elevator, you just have to find another one around the corner. The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed there for 6 nights, the trash was emptied frequently and the bed linen was changed more often than we would have expected. There were enough tables for the guests at breakfast, the only problem was the guests themselves, who had long since finished eating but continued to sit, reading on their smartphones or simply chatting.

- There is clearly not enough staff at the reception. Only one person works there, and he is constantly overwhelmed. Because of that, he allowed himself to shout at me when I politely asked how long the check in queue would take. The same happened at check out. When he couldn’t check me in, I went to wait in the lounge area, and a few hours later he started calling me from a distance - shouting "Hey" and even whistling to get my attention. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and borderline harassing.
- The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and housekeeping never came during the stay. The day we expected cleaning, we returned to find the room exactly as we had left it. (See photos) Later when throwing something away, I noticed that someone had been inside just to empty the trash bin. So they saw the mess and still didn’t clean. That’s unacceptable.
- Only one small and very slow elevator for a large hotel.
- Lots of steps and high thresholds everywhere, not friendly for wheelchairs or even for rolling suitcases.
- The breakfast was very limited and poorly organized. Food items were constantly missing for example no bread or no eggs, and you had to ask for everything, while the staff kept running back and forth to the kitchen. Not ideal when you’re in a hurry in the morning.
Despite a few positives, I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Considering the price it’s simply not worth it. There are much better options nearby.
