We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of fresh options to start the day right. The location was very convenient—close to the metro station, which made reaching the main attractions and other parts of the city easy and hassle-free. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
Our stay was mostly good, but there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel has only one lift, which was almost always busy, so we ended up using the stairs most of the time—this was quite inconvenient
Another odd aspect was the cleaning policy: housekeeping didn’t clean rooms automatically each day. Instead, we had to specifically request cleaning at reception, which felt unusual and a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the cleaning lady from Ukraine was very polite and did her job thoroughly whenever she came. Still, the rule itself seemed strange and could be improved for guest comfort.

1) water pressure was so low that it took us triple usual time to shower.
2) walk to Munich central station is not as near as it appears on map.

Property was great, close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was clean and great breakfast too.
Laundry facilities came in very handy too.
It was a very long walk into the city as most day trips leave from there. However, it is a relatively flat walk.
