The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was perfect, it starts at 7 am but it is also available for guests who leave earlier.

The room was large and conveniently located with a grocery store in the mall right behind the hotel.
The staff were not helpful and they didn’t do any housekeeping over our 4 day stay and the TV went out for the last two days without any concession. The laundry facility is ridiculous as well, 2 washers and two dryers and the dryers take at least 2 hours to dry a small load. Not worth the time!

Altstadt was walking distance from the hotel !

Room 420 was comfortable and I experienced a variety of dishes at the breakfast buffett. The service from the front desk, especially from Farukh, was impressive. The hotel is a few minutes walking from the S bahn train station, and a tram stop is about 400 meters away. I had a peaceful sleep every night from 15 - 21 June 2025

The location was good for public transport. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds, and a large terrace. There are a few good typically Bavarian restaurants and coffee shops nearby, especially Augustiner Braustuben, which has a roof terrace. Good supermarket just downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, although we didn't use it.
It would have been useful to know that Hackerbrucke is the nearest station, not Hauptbahnhof, when coming from and going to the airport.

Staff at the front office was really kind and helpful. He allowed us an early check-in and also helped us during access to washers.
Breakfast was repetitive and not a decent spread, only limited things to eat. Hotel was accessible by lift, but it took a long time to wait, as one lift was not sufficient during peak hours, especially for handling luggage.
Probably with previous Marriott-like experiences, my expectation was not met this time. Breakfast certainly needs improvement.
