Wonderful
The hotel was in a great location with good connections to the U-bahn, S-bahn and tram services. The room itself was spacious, spotless and very comfortable and the hotel breakfast was excellent and very much enjoyed each morning. The various shops in the nearby shopping centre were also handy, letting us buy snacks etc with just a 2-3 minute walk. The Pizza place on the corner was very handy when we arrived quite late that night and the Bavarian Restaurant ‘Das Bad’ close by is also well worth a visit.
Nothing. It exceeded my expectations and any time I had to speak to the hotel staff, they were always very helpful and extremely polite. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Good location, about a 5min walk to u-bahn, then only about 2 stops into city centre, tram is even closer. Lovely spacious room with good sized balcony. Breakfast every morning, good selection and constantly being refilled by staff. Good sized kitchen in room with 2 ring hob. Double bed is huge and double sofa was comfortable. Nice gym. Laundry room about 2e to use, get powder from reception. Make sure everyone in room has a room card as you need to scan the card in the lift for the lift to work. Paid 50e breakage deposit by cash on check in and got it back straight away when checking out.

The property is good. It’s 600m walk to the nearest station. The breakfast was good.
Some things were stolen from our open luggage like dryfruits packet, 20Euros, Buttermilk Tetrapacks etc. As the room wouldn’t get clean, i didn’t expect them to come to our room and our luggage was open. But they come to refill the coffee/tea and takeaway the trash and these things gone missing on the last day.
The receptionist was a bit rude.

It is a comfortable, clean and specious apartment with balcony and well equipped kitchen. Shopping mall nearby. Breakfast was very good. Cafe was available 24 hours.

Everything was perfect, just like in the pictures. The staff was kind and helpful, especially the guys from the reception. Breakfast was good. The location was about a 15-minute walk from the center.

Hotel staff generally helpful and friendly
Only 1 staff at the reception counter most of the time. Makes it inconvenient for guests who have even the smallest request, having to queue for a long time. It would help to have more than 1 staff on duty.
Waited a long time just to pay for laundry pod to do laundry. Luckily my partner saw another staff who was on kitchen duty who gracefully aided us.
Laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers but 1 dryer is spoiled so it was inconvenient having to share only 1 dryer with guests.
For housekeeping, there is no daily housekeeping service.
Guests need to request for it at the reception, which is again inconvenient if there is a long queue and only 1 staff handling all requests.
It would be more efficient for the hotel if they have a call button at each room where guests can make decide if they need housekeeping for the day. This will eliminate the unneccesay queue at the reception

Room was with very good with all relevant facilities; breakfast was exceptionally good with sumptuous quantity and good quality; location was fantastic with accessible transport, staffs were very cooperative
Myself including my family (husband, daughter and son) are fan of Marriott group, hence we don't find any fault with the Marriott group hotels.

The apartment was do spacious was great value. A walk to the city centre with a great bar and restaurant next door. Shopping mall next door for groceries snd some shopping!! Lovely breakfast and staff who catered for my gluten free needs. Stunning bread!!
Sadly the place has maintenance issues. Shower didn’t drain properly. Loose fixtures. Patio was weedy. These fixed snd I would give it 4.5 stars
