Good breakfast.
Close to the train main station.
There is a mall just next to the hotel.
The hotel is clean.
The person who attended me at reception at the time of check-in was rude, treating me as if I didn't understand English.
There is only one elevator.

Everything was perfect. We love having a kitchenette and breakfast included as well. The soundproof was great. You could not hear any noise from the corridor or your neighbours. 20 minutes away from the centar. It is worth to walk a little bit in order to stay in peace and quiet. Next door you can find three large supermarkets. The breackfast is fresh and nothing is missing. Great free coffee and thea are available whole day and night.
The only problem we have had was Wi Fi. We could not use our laptop, only the mobile. We have had the same problem at other Marriott hotels and the receptionists have help us to solve it. But here nobody could have any success with this issue.

On early arrival Lisa did a wonderful job accommodating us with an early check in which was greatly appreciated and was very helpful with booking transport for us as well. Our room was clean, spacious for a couple, small kitchen which had a great range of facilities if you wanted to cook in, a good coffee machine, dishwashing tablets, washing liquid, shampoo, conditioner & shower wash supplied which was a plus. A wonderful variety of food included with the breakfast, so overall nothing to fault and we really enjoyed our stay here.
It was a little further out of town than we thought, but no fault of the hotel and they arranged a taxi into the city which only took 10 minutes, so no problem for us.

It was a good sized room, with a balcony, that had a nice view of Southern Munich and the alps on a clear day. Supermarket nearby and close to Munich HBF. Laundry room is very cheap.
It is a 30 minute walk from the city centre. Room cleaning is not daily. Staff were nice, but service was a little bit too casual.

They managed to create a real "home away from home" feeling. The hotel has everything you need for an extended stay (I stayed for two weeks). Staff are friendly. Especially Mohammad, who works the day shift during weekdays. He is a professional!
I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day. The breakfast area is designed like a living room, making it a pleasant spot to sit during the day/evening and enjoy a cup of tea.
The room is more of a small flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and a full work desk.
The bed is very comfortable.
Washing machines were very useful (2 euros per load, free drying).
Westend is a nice neighborhood with plenty of small pubs and good restaurants.
I will definitely stay here on my next visit.
A few minor details in the breakfast area can be improved: first, there are always plenty of tables available. But they aren't clean fast enough. People's leftovers can stay for more than half an hour. Sometimes this creates situations where new people have nowhere to sit. Sometimes it's just disgusting. Sometimes the plates are cleared, but the table isn't wiped (I would wipe it myself, but there aren't any wipes available).
The vegetables, especially the tomatoes, look miserable. It's a shame because right next door (half a minute walk), there are two supermarkets with very fresh tomatoes. I ended up buying them there and bringing my own to breakfast. Still, maybe most people don't eat vegetables in the morning, and so don't care. It will not stop me from staying there again.

The room and bathroom was spacious and the kitchenette even had a dining bench. Breakfast was included in my rate and was substantial. Location next to shopping centre was handy. 10min walk from Munich Bahnhoff Station
During our stay there was a possible sewerage issue ( due to Oktoberfest?) and for a few hours everyday, late morning the slight smell was noticeable in the hallways but not later during day. We stayed on 2nd floor.

Walking distance to everything
No air conditioning (although, when booking, the website states that the rooms have it)….no fan is available either; VERY disappointing.
