The room was very big and spacious. There are affordable laundry facilities. The breakfast is very reasonable. One particular staff member was very helpful and let us check in early. There was also bag storage which is great. The property is fairly close to public transport and overall a very pleasant stay.
The aircon wasnt affective, and the room couldnt cool down. We had to leave the windows open which is not always ideal due to sound outside. The elevators were also a bit funny/slow and were a bit fidgety, which meant the stairs were easier half the time. We did encounter an issue with the dryer, but the receptionist was able to help us. One of the laundry machines was out of order, which meant only one person could do laundry at a time. The main entrance was also out of order so we had to enter the side. The rooms are only cleaned after the 3rd night which I think isnt the best at the price, perhaps every second night would be ideal - but at least the towels were changed and the bins were emptied. We did notice under the bed was very dirty. There was an issue with the tv which turned on by itself, and the walls are thin, therefore we could hear the room next doors tv all night which made it a bit tougher to sleep and there is no receptionist at night so we werent able to contact anyone.

Pretty central, without being on a busy street. A quick 5 min walk from the nearest tram and U Bahn. The rooms are also pretty spacious and well thought out, good enough for longer stays.
Nothing much, really. Room cleaning wasnt particularly great, but honestly, didnt matter too much.

Renovated hotel--THE perfect location for Oktoberfest! Breakfast was superior for a free add-on. Staff was wonderful. We stumbled onto this property--could not have been happier!

room was very clean and relatievly spacious. Beds are very comfortable.
acces to the parking is very badly described, also since the hotel is next to a mall it's confusing how to get to the reception. Terrible and loud music in de lobby, main entrance to the hotel was not in use so had to use the emergency exit/entrance. Breakfast was mostly frozen, pre cut products. No fresh bread, coffee wasn't good.

Great location near the park for Oktoberfest. U station nearby, excellent hotel. Our room was like a "suite" -- even had a kitchen area and a walk-in closet. The balcony was the best.
The breakfast buffet rate was 20 euros, per person. Good food, just wish it wasn't so pricey.
