overall, excellent accommodation.
Breakfast- overall poor range and quality of continental breakfast (poor range fresh fruit). I had to ask for yoghurts to be replenished two mornings. attempted breakfast at different times each day but 2/3 days was overly busy and chaotic in dining room.

Good room condition
This was the only hotel on our trip that charged us a deposit. It has been five days since we checked out, yet we still have not received the deposit back. We have contacted the hotel twice via Booking to enquire about the refund. The first time, we were told they would look into it. The second time, we only received a generic acknowledgement with no meaningful response. We have not been given any explanation for the delay, any updates, or any timeline for the refund. This has by far been our worst hotel experience ever!!!

We had such a great time here! The apartment is super modern and has everything you could possibly need. Everything was incredibly comfortable and just perfect. The staff were all so lovely and friendly, especially the girl at the reception who was exceptionally sweet and helpful. Also, breakfast was amazing, and we absolutely loved the great selection of premium teas. Next time we're in Munich, we are definitely staying here again. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Wonderful
What i mostly like were the reception staff, they were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the Kitchenette matched our expectations
So far I rated good+ , so now for the cons - breakfast was not so good, i would rate it 7.5 no lobby (or normal lobby) in the hotel and no bar.
