Location of the Hotel is pretty good, thankfully it was an easy walk into town to find a resteraunt. The room itself was a luxury room with a balcony and the room itself was a good size (Excluding the bathroom), while we were there my brother also stayed in a single room and that was very well appointed to (with a much better bathroom!). The general standard of the decorations in the room was good.
The bathroom to our room was very poorly though out. The toilet was at one end of the bathroom with a corridor to nowwhere leading off beside it. At the other end of the room was the sink and shower, which were so closely positioned to make it difficult to get in and out of the shower. Had they seperated the bathroom into a shower sink room and seperate toilet they could have postioned the sink well away from the shower and made the whole lot both safer and better to use. As it is anyone with even slight mobility issue or of a larger size would find it near impossible or dangerous to use the shower.
The hotel advertises that it has a Resteraunt and bar. We stayed on a Monday night and both of these were closed. I'm afraid I think if you advertise you have these facilities you should at least offer a basic service to guests every day of the week.
I also though the hotel was a little overpriced for what was offered.

I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel on May 15, 2025.
We arrived around 23:00 with a small child (6 years old) and were unable to retrieve the room key from the self check-in machine. The kiosk was not functioning properly, and despite successfully checking in, no key card was dispensed. We called your reception multiple times for 45 minutes with no response. Eventually, we had to message someone directly who only then came to assist us.
This is extremely unprofessional, especially for families arriving late at night.
Furthermore, the shower in the room was not working — only the hose was available, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
We kindly ask that you take this feedback seriously. We would appreciate a response and, ideally, some form of compensation or explanation regarding this experience.

The key card to room was left on the automatic reception box in front of hotel, with room number and my name - anyone who find this can use my room instead of me, can do damages on my account. That was really stupid and can make big problems -

The hotel is good, clean and well equipped.
According to the description the kitchen opens at 19-21. We arrived at 19.30 but the kitchen did not open.
Hotels parking fee is quite high.

The mattress was very comfortable, the wood and the design of the room is very nice and has cosy colours, the room is spacious and has a lot of storage room because of the shelves, the TV has good quality, the restaurant below has amazing food, the water doesn't leak outside of the bathroom because the shower has doors, the tea and coffee set which is prepared before the Check in is really lovely, the location is peaceful and calming, the whole room feels very homely and the reception is beautifully decorated, the staff is helpful and kind
Only minor things like; the sink is leaking, the nightstand is too low in height, the little light of the tv is quite bright at night, the bathroom has no proper door, the floorboards are coming off a bit at the entrance, the price of some drinks didn't make sense: 0,2l of Cola is 3,90€ and 0,4l of Spezi is 4,80 -> the Cola is too expensive in comparison to the Spezi and the led light at the wardrobe is way too bright

The receptionists were excellent and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and the location very quiet.

Location. We can walk to the train station (about a half mile)
We have stayed here a number of times over the years while visiting Munich from the US. We will never come back.
"No Pets" is listed on our reservation. Strong animal odor in the room. They then refused to give us another room. While we were getting our bags they secretly sprayed some "animal odor cover-up" spray. Then it smelled like animal urine AND laundry detergent.
Also, the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom floor vent is powerful. Apparently there is no "P-Trap" under the drain. Pouring water in the drain will not fix the problem. We had to put a wet towel over the drain and then put the trash can on top of it. We remember this problem from previous visits while staying in other rooms. It is not isolated to one room.
Finally, the worst part: If you want to experience Germany, you will no longer meet any Germans here! This hotel is a perfect example of how Europe is changing ... and NOT for the good. It used to be a German hotel. It is now owned by people who do not think right.

Great stay. Location means it's "M" zone ticket which makes travel into central Munich very easy and affordable. Breakfast is generally good, beds comfortable and shower strong and hot. Very spacious room too. Staff were really helpful, went out of their way to help when I arrived late the first night and needed to find somewhere to get food.
Scrambled eggs could have been refreshed more often at breakfast but really that was my only niggle. Everything else was good.
