Nice restaurant for dinner. Quite close to the main highway if you're arriving by car.
Small room, slow elevator, parking costs 13eur, poor breakfast (definitely not worth the 16eur). Not comfortable with public transport.

Wonderful
Location is perfect for us, and there is plenty of parking. It is clean and quiet. The balcony is a great place to start the day with our coffee. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel.
We requested a lightweight blanket because the duvet was too hot. Could not get one. We had coffee packets in the room for the first 2 days only. They were out for the last 2 days. I would have loved some gluten free items on the breakfast offerings.

Location is good
Check in was slow but the main issue is the restaurant. Website says the restaurant is open until 10:00pm every day. We arrived at 8:20pm and were in need of food. Restaurant manager saw us checking in and rushed to lock the door to the restaurant. We asked him to open up and he told us we had half an hour to eat. We were made to feel uncomfortable, rushed and totally not welcome. The waiter/manager/? crashed bottles and glasses onto shelves making as much noise as possible. After a very unsatisfactory 30 minutes we were asked to pay (before we had received dessert) and a minimum 10% tip was demanded, I said no but the person got quite irate at this. I gave a 10% tip just to stop this uncomfortable situation. Breakfast was OK, but very odd atmosphere and zero staff, no clearing of plates, only self serve coffee from a jug and limited food choice. This is not a hotel that deserves a 4 star rating.

Location is very peaceful countryside while being a mile from s-bahn and u-bahn. Restaraunt in the hotel had good bavarian food - friendly staff

Hairs in the sink, floor was not vacuumed, shower very small, leaking faucet making noice, very short bed, very very soft mattress, very thick/heavy blanket for summer

All was very good, clean. Personal was friendly and helpful.
I was missing the fridge in the room. When traveling with kids, it helps to have it. On the other hand, no fridge is an environmentally friendly strategy.

Great hotel. We came before the check-in time to leave our bags, but the personnel let us to the room earlier with no additional fees.
