Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, convenient location. Clean and spacious room, bathtub was available. Good and not laggy TV, nespresso machine.
Extremely uncomfortable beds. We had spring mattress, it was very wide (around 2m by 2m), but not comfortable. We could only sleep for 2-3h each night.

It was clean and private.
It’s great that there is a sauna and an environment to relax. Every time that I went to use the sauna there was so many people in there. I just chose not to do it. Doing a sauna is a private moment for me and I don’t wanna have shoulder the shoulder contact. Stopped there three different times and there was just too many people.

Location is very convenient to public transportation. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent though hot items tend to become cold.
More shelf/drawer space for clothing. More space for personal items in the bathroom. Fitness room is small and only basically eqiupped.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff! Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful to direct us around, we were able to get our public transportation tickets from the hotel which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and my wife and I were able to relax and have a drink in the bar area at night before turning in and was very comfortable in that area. In addition, our daughter left her bathing suit at the hotel and when we called the staff they quickly found it and had it all packaged up for us to pick up on our return back through.

The breakfast was awesome, they had many options to choose from and the staf kept the options well stocked. The staff were very nice in solving any breakfast needs that you may have had, and they were all nice.
The bed was not along the same comfort standard as the rest of the hotel. Each time that we rolled over the springs sqeaked and it was annoying. But other than that, it was the only thing that we didnt like.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the tram stop is right in front of the hotel, which makes transportation easy.
The staff were good and helpful, and the breakfast was good with decent variety.
The room was quiet.
the furniture showed some signs of wear and could benefit from light refreshing.
