It was within a walking to Oktoberfest, which is what we were in Munich to attend.
The hotel was designed well but was not kept up over the years. Our bathroom sink was leaking badly and making the bathroom floor extremely slippery. We advised the front desk staff of the leak and they never informed maintenance. We had to once again notify the front desk and only then did they fix the leak.
The bathtub/shower was in horrible condition too and many of the furniture items had obvious dings and dents that were never addressed.

Room, was clean and spacious,
however the room, was very warm and couldnt sleep, the air conditioning didnt appear to be working, it made a lot of noise.
The Pool was closed between 12 and 2 pm.

The property was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly & helpful.
The lighting in the room should be improved. While I realize that saving energy/cost is necessary it can be accomplished by energy efficient dimmable lights/switches.
Additionally, there should be daily drinking water provided in the room for free.

Clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Rooms were a great size. Everything was very neat and clean.
Would not recommend the breakfast. The eggs were cold and undercooked and the other hot foods were room temp at best.

A lovely comfortable hotel with good amenities. Fairly central to transport options and easy to get around. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again.
