Convenient, near the the Munich Hbf. Nice facilities when things are functioning correctly. Sauna and pool are fabulous.
I lost an entire night of sleep here which caused me to miss out on a tour due to a clicking thermostat in the room. The easiest of solutions was found and that was to swap rooms and move all my luggage at sunrise for a room of equal value.
Sometimes it would take 4-5 calls down to reception to get a response.
Twice my key card malfunctioned, forcing me to go down five floors to reception to get it reprogrammed. Once when I was only wearing a bathing suit…
Wifi is usually fine, but doesn’t connect well in some spaces (Eg, gym).
Gym is very hotel minimalist (cardio and free weights only up to 14kg) making it difficult to get in a really great workout.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff! Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful to direct us around, we were able to get our public transportation tickets from the hotel which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and my wife and I were able to relax and have a drink in the bar area at night before turning in and was very comfortable in that area. In addition, our daughter left her bathing suit at the hotel and when we called the staff they quickly found it and had it all packaged up for us to pick up on our return back through.

Overall, the hotel is nice considering the price, and the air conditioning is cold. The staff are friendly, but I have a small comment: there’s no scale available to weigh luggage, no one to help carry the bags, and the parking exit from the basement is narrow.”

We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM after 12 hours of flights, completely exhausted. When we got to the reception, we checked in and were given a room key — but it didn’t work. I went down to the lobby twice and was told the card was fine. I kept trying to open the room with the key card. Suddenly, someone inside the room started banging on the door and shouting loudly. It was midnight, and I’m a disabled woman alone with my child.
It turned out the room was already occupied. This caused extreme fear and anxiety for both me and my daughter. And all the hotel did was apologize — nothing more.
During the 10 days of our stay, my daughter and I felt constantly afraid that someone might enter our room at night, since they had already given us a key to someone else's room — what are the chances they’d do the same with ours?
The staff were extremely rude and unkind. If you request a bathrobe or anything else, they don’t bring it. Even if you go down to reception and speak to them, they respond mockingly. And the moment you turn your back, you can hear them giggling at you, without an ounce of respect.
One day we returned to the room and found there was no toilet paper at all — and no shower soap either — even though housekeeping had already been in the room.
The service at this hotel is close to zero — or even negative. For 10 days, the room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was insane dust everywhere.
The breakfast was very poor. Every morning you stand and wait for plates and cups — there are never any available. They don’t refill anything on their own and are not attentive to service at all.
This hotel is absolutely terrible. I do not recommend it at all.

Exceptionally lovely staff! Really happy to assist with a few little requests.
The rooms were very clean and modern. I also enjoyed the pool/sauna/gym facilities.
The hotel is very close to an S Bahn stop and also to the Augustiner beer garden, which is a MUST if you're on vacation here.
Our room was huge too.
Just nit picking, but it would be great if the gym could include a little more weights equipment.

Room was large and the bed was comfortable.
The room had everything you need but somehow either broken or not ideally places. For instance, the make up mirror is a great touch but it wouldn’t stay at the right angle. The bath tub was great but the the wash basin was broken.

The location was just one train stop away from the main train station which made it easy to get to many places in the city. The room was a decent size and had nice amenities like a mini-fridge in the room and air conditioning. The bed was a king sized bed which was nice after the smaller beds at different hotels. There were many elevators and they were fast so there was never a long wait for the elevator.
I specifically booked this hotel because it had air conditioning. We live in a place that doesn't get too hot during the summer and as a result, we don't do well when it is hot. The A/C in our room was not working so after the first night, I told the front desk about our problem. They said they would send a technician up during the day (we were gone all day) to check on it. We got back and it wasn't fixed so they gave us another room to sleep in that night, but told us to keep our stuff in the original room and they would have a technician look at it the next day. Next day had the same result, so they ended up switching us to the second room, which meant we needed to move all of our stuff to a new room. They were quick to provide alternatives but it was a hassle to have to move some of our stuff so we could sleep for one night, move it back to the original room just to end up moving all our stuff the next night. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, but the situation was frustrating.
