Exceptional
The breakfast was excellent every morning. Highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay as it was an easy way to get three teenagers fed before beginning a day of touring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The family suite of rooms were clean and large, just what our family of five needed a week into our Europe trip. This is the ideal location for a family stay in Munich with easy access to all major forms of transportation the city offers. Recommend the nearby Biergarten for an authentic German experience.
The AC wasnt always sufficient but we had unusually high temps while we were there.

Wonderful hotel, great location and unbelievable breakfast ( when compared to American free breakfast). Smallish flat screen TV but didn't matter since everything is in German so we didn't watch. Bathroom was large and very nice but it was a bit strange since the shower wall is glass and you can see the person taking a shower pretty well. I guess there are no secrets in Europe.
I don't really have any complaints. The weather was gorgeous but not so sure how it would be when it gets hot/if it gets hot. We played with the AC controls but nothing was happening, no air rushing, no noise. We never had a day more than 80F and at nights it cooled right down to the high 50S. We opened the window often and while noisy ( can't sleep with the window open as trams never stop really).

The Hotel was amazing! Pool and sauna provided with stays and breakfast for €20 each morning! Our room had tons of space and the hotel was gorgeous! It’s about a 30-40 min walk from the city center, but with a CityPass you can hop on the tram that stops right outside the hotel!

Big, comfortable room and bed. Pool area was nice and not too crowded. Good choice at breakfast. Tram stop right outside and train station not far to get to the airport. Staff were really lovely and helpful.
Shower pressure low and difficult to control temperature. No usb sockets in the rooms.
