It was a lovely hotel, it was very clean and the reception staff were excellent. The food in the bar was lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. Great location - just a few stops on the tram (outside the door) into the centre of Munich and a 5 minute walk to the train that gets you to the airport (€16).
It was very good. Few minor things - The gym is small (ok when I was in there early on my own but by 8 it was crowded with only 5 people). There is no iron/ironing board in the room but reception will provide one if needed.

Basic gym, nice swimming pool and sauna. Good breakfast. Efficient check in and out!
Bed's far too soft. I wanted a double bed and got 2 singles instead. Teach some of your front office staff the importance of eye contact and perhaps an occasional smile!

Took a couple of days for them to restock our bath gel despite us reminding them. Also, was disappointed about sauna being nude only.

The breakfast was exceptional, wide choice for not vegans, also fruits, homemade yoghurt, and even procecco is possible at 7 a.m.
The pillows were not good. I'd recommend changing them. Also, I'd be glad to have drinking water in the room. At least a bottle. And it would be nice to have slippers considering the pool option.
