Everything as usual , second visit to this Amazing Hotel, starting from the front disc people to the room services and cleaning, everything was outstanding and more than excellent … The Pool and Sauna one of the best ever The breakfast buffet is with lovely varieties

Location was perfect, specially for us since it was close to the Oktoberfest. Staff was nice, and the hotel was nice.
The only thing was that there was a leak in our ceiling, most likely from the air conditioner. It was dripping on our floor

Disappointing
Its location to Oktoberfest. That’s about it.
The r/c ac didn’t work so we had to be moved. The rooms are bland and decorated cheaply. The sheets require a higher threat count. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan. The cleaning staff do an adequate job but often forget something like to remove dirty coffee cups or provide towels. The breakfast manager during the week was a kind, happy gentleman but the weekend staff were not. They need better training and to greet the hotel guests. The bar manager who also handled dinner service though efficient was rude and unfriendly and it was obvious to many. Buffet breakfast was ok but simple and the scrambled eggs looked like a powder mix. Not sure much thought goes in to it. The dinner menu is bland and boring. The pool was useable but cold. And the price for what this 3 star hotel was staggering. How they can charge so much I don’t know.
