The staff was very helpful at our check-in. Our flight had been delayed and we missed our first evening at the hotel. They advised us to contact Booking.com for help with our charges and incurred late fee and provided us with separate receipts for the charges. Breakfast was yummy and the hotel is easy walking distance from the train station.

The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious with lots of little extras, like robes and slippers, nice toiletries, and a small fridge. Even though we were right by the elevator, we heard no noise from any other rooms. It is a short, 10-15 minute walk from the main train station, or there are tram or underground stations on the corner.
The breakfast was fabulous - big selection of cold meats and cheeses, as well as hot dishes like eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. and cereals/pastries etc.. We loved the 'local' corner and enjoyed trying the white sausage and the mustard.
It was such a lovely stay, we wished we had more time to enjoy it!

The rooms are very nice and quiet, the family room setup is great, comfortable beds and showers, lovely pool and sauna and convenient location.
The room was missing several small things (e.g. kettle, spoons for coffee) and was not as clean as expected.

Great staff. All very friendly. We stayed in room 310, 2 bed family apartment which had everything we needed as a family of 4. We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Great transport links into the city and beyond. We had room service dinner twice and the food was lovely. We all slept well and found the hotel peaceful. Would happily stay again.
If I had to be a bit nitpicky, rooms were a little tired for the price point. We paid €3,300 for our week stay including breakfast but looking at Munich prices it was ok in comparison to others for the space we had. Also no English channels on the TVs which were also not smart TVs so missed a bit of TV for night time wind down.

Perfect location right by the train station or a short 15 minute walk to the CBD. Hotel room was clean and the staff were lovely. The pool was a little cold but lovely anyway!! The breakfast was exceptional!!
