Staff were great.
1) Location of the hotel is in location with lots of homeless lurking around the hotel entrance & people who are either on drugs or drunk.
2) The room is clean, however, feels a bit outdated & old, needs some renovation.
3) Small parking spaces, couldn’t park my car in the underground garage.

Great location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. They even provided umbrellas to guests in the lobby which came in handy ..
Noise from the street and construction site next door . We opened our windows for fresh air and the noise was undeniable.. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Europe for everything else it was awesome..

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable, the light switches were confusing, and if sharing a room with another person, the bathroom mirrors and window don't allow for privacy.

We loved the hotel and its location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the restaurant and bar, so much that we ate there all 3 nights. The bar staff were very friendly and hardworking! We would definitely stay at a Eurostars hotel again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very noisy. Didn't have tissue box in the room and we asked for it several times. Each time they told us that they are out of it.

Location super close to train station. Very clean and bright decor. Our room was ready a little early and we were allowed to check in instead of storing our luggage. It was also close to where we had to return our rental car. Because of the location it was bustling and full of city noise from the window. that is to be expected when the window is open. Most city sites 20-30 minute walk.

Lokation is good. Close to the main station and also close to the Wiesn, which I visited. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast is good, almost everything one wants for breakfast. Staff is friendly and polite, hardly any waiting time during check-in. Check-in and -out was swift.
There currently is a large construction site just next to the hotel which is very noisy during the day. Also, the street is loud, which makes it almost impossible to sleep with an open window.
Price-Value is just OK. I travelled during the Oktoberfest, hence they can ask for much more money than the room's value.
