The room and bed were large, and the A/C worked well. The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet was separate to the shower, and the shower was great.
We stayed at a number of hotels during our trip and this one was the only hotel that took a scan of our passport. This seems very dodgy. Staff dismissed this as normal behavior. Unfortunately it was one of the first hotels we stayed at so didn't yet understand it wasn't normal.
Other things that bothered us that we didn't generally experience in other hotels were
- The hotel was regularly noisy from other guests, for example room doors opening/closing, we could hear guests in the floor above us moving around, and water from rooms above could be heard coming through the pipes. Yes we heard other guests from time to time at other hotels, but it was far less common and didn't disturb us anywhere near as much as this hotel.
- No room card was necessary to get to the floor, making the room accessible to anyone from the street. The room door didn't always close properly either.
A final note for families, the bathroom had no door which makes it unsuitable if you have someone that needs privacy - e.g. a child, teenager.

The personnel were really kind and helpful. The hotel was close to the train station and close to the city center.

Very noisy. Didn't have tissue box in the room and we asked for it several times. Each time they told us that they are out of it.

Location super close to train station. Very clean and bright decor. Our room was ready a little early and we were allowed to check in instead of storing our luggage. It was also close to where we had to return our rental car. Because of the location it was bustling and full of city noise from the window. that is to be expected when the window is open. Most city sites 20-30 minute walk.

Lokation is good. Close to the main station and also close to the Wiesn, which I visited. The room was very clean and had all facilities needed. The breakfast is good, almost everything one wants for breakfast. Staff is friendly and polite, hardly any waiting time during check-in. Check-in and -out was swift.
There currently is a large construction site just next to the hotel which is very noisy during the day. Also, the street is loud, which makes it almost impossible to sleep with an open window.
Price-Value is just OK. I travelled during the Oktoberfest, hence they can ask for much more money than the room's value.
