Wonderful
Eurostars Book Hotel stands out immediately among the many hotels in the area. From the moment you step inside, you feel that the first impression was absolutely right. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The lobby bar is convenient and inviting, and the breakfast selection was excellent.
The location is another big advantage — just a few minutes’ walk from the central railway station, metro and tram stops, and within easy walking distance of the city center.
We had a fantastic weekend stay and would gladly return.

We recently stayed at the Eurostars Book Hotel München in a Junior Suite (Room 215). Upon checking in, we immediately encountered a major problem: there was no heating in the room. When we contacted the reception, we were told that no maintenance staff was available until the next day.
As a temporary solution, the three of us were moved to two separate rooms for the night (Rooms 705 and 704). However, the issue persisted, as Room 704 also lacked heating. We were only provided with a small electric heater for this second room. The next morning, a technician finally fixed the heating in Room 704.
The most shocking incident occurred later that day. When we returned to the rooms in the afternoon, we discovered that a bag of purchased sweets was missing from Room 705. When I reported this at the reception, the staff member was extremely indignant and dismissive, stating "this never happens" and essentially implying that I was lying. They reluctantly agreed to "check."
Fortunately, when we returned to the hotel that evening, the reception handed back the bag of sweets, confirming that someone had indeed taken it, or rather, stolen it.
This entire experience was unacceptable. The basic lack of heating, the constant room moves, and the utterly unprofessional handling of the missing personal item—including the initial, extremely rude denial from the staff—demonstrate a severe lack of both maintenance and customer service standards. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel in a great location about 15-20 mins walk from the old town and also from the Tollwood Winter Festival. 6 minutes walk from the main railway station. Our room was comfortable, warm and spotlessly clean with everything you would need. Umbrellas were available at reception which we took advantage of! All staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Munich. Loved it!

Our room was very comfortable, the location was good once you got used to where you were. Good hotel bar, the breakfast was good.All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The pillows on the bed were too hard , and, as it was winter and was very cold , there was no. Additional cover for the bed. I am sure had we asked one would have been available.

Friendly staff, good room service and reasonable breakfast buffet
Room was quite cold with a limit on the thermostat. Blankets very thin, I asked at reception for an extra/thicker one which they said they would provide but didn't. Old Lipstick stain on duvet. Rough surroundings area, didn't like to be outside in dark.
