Most of the staff were competent and friendly. Room and bathroom good overall
Expensive compared with other comparable hotels we stayed in Germany in big cities e.g. room, and breakfast was 20 euros compared to 15 (and no better)
No sport TV. Other comparable hotels (in Berlin, Dresden, Nuremberg) all had Eurosport Deutschland so we could watch the French Open Tennis, but this was not possible here. We were told our complaint about it had been escalated and they would get back to us asap, but never did.
Sloppy housekeeping: coffee/tea etc. not replaced routinely and had to ask twice in a 4 day stay. A coffee machine was promised but never appeared.
Bar/restaurant in lobby poorly staffed and we twice had to go calling for someone round the back.

The room was modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good selection. It wasn't too noisy (just some noise from other guests) excellent location to central train station. Comfy bed
The breakfast is very overpriced at 20euros pp. Check in took a while and staff were friendly but not overly welcoming or helpful. On our second day our key card randomly stopped working and we had to come down and get it fixed, there was no apology for inconvenience or explanation. Just an "ok, here you go". Whilst the location to central station is very handy, just note the central station area has some rather sketchy people around and homeless people. It doesn't feel a very safe area.

Clean room and toilet had good water pressure
The room smelled really awful with an incredibly cloying sickly scent. We aired the room out but the smell persisted. Pillows were also too flat which was agony for our necks. Neighbourhood was dodgy and definitely did not feel safe even in the day!

Everything! Number one the STAFF. The best ever customer service team in front desk. I have to congratulate all of them. They have been so helpful in every detail. Even Sergio and Josefina at the bar.
The room was beautiful, comfortabe , well decorated.Breakfast was a amazing! I always look for Eurostars hotels in Europe. Their teams are excellent.

The Ladies at the front desk were the best. We had traveled all night so we were going on 24 hours of no sleep. We came in at 9 am and were going to have them hold our luggage till we could check in, but they said our rooms were ready. This was so nice as we could take a quick nap to carry us thorough the day. They continued to be so accommodating throughout the whole stay. Thanks so much!

Convenient location! 5 minute walk to Munich HBF and 15 minutes to Marienplatz. The neighbourhood is vibrant and diverse with a variety of different types of restaurants! Our suite was spacious with comfortable beds, large shower, and a mini fridge. The bartender, Edu, was a real gentleman who served us our drinks and dinners, including room service, a few nights, with absolute grace! Lovely to have the restaurant open until 10:30 pm, especially after getting back from long day trips by train! Food is reasonable and tasty! Good choices for the buffet breakfast, and my wife also loved getting morning hugs from Dacil! She’s really the sweetest! We did have two issues that arose during our 7 night stay but then were compensated for, as my wife says... by the very friendly and charming Nico!
Definitely need face cloths in the rooms! Reception should pick up all calls from the suite, and put on hold if busy, but especially on evenings/ nights when it's quiet.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered maps and discount option for parking. The server for the restaurant was excellent and provided his customers a friendly professional service while juggling a large number of occupied tables.
