The staff were always very friendly and greeted us daily. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet at night. The breakfast was also great, plenty to choose from.

The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, and approx. 15 minutes to the Old Town (Marienplatz). Our suite was spacious with comfortable beds, large shower, and a mini fridge. We did have two issues that arose during our 7 night stay, but then were compensated for, as my wife says - by the very friendly and charming Nico! The bartender, Edo, was a real gentleman who served us our drinks and dinners, including room service, a few nights, with absolute grace! Very convenient to have the restaurant open until 10:30 pm, especially after getting back from long day trips by train! Food is reasonable and tasty! Good choices for the buffet breakfast, and my wife also loved getting morning hugs from Dicel! She’s really the sweetest!
Definitely need face cloths in the rooms!! Reception should pick up all calls from the suite and put on hold if busy, but especially on evenings/ nights when it's quiet.

Very nice clean and organized hotel.
Staff is very polite and helpful and provide answers to all questions.
Hotel runs well breakfast buffet is abundant and tasty.

Not in a very good place -distance wise it’s close to main streets but the neighborhood itself is problematic.
