Wonderful
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and responsive. Unfortunately, the boiler was not working for one of the days we stayed at the hotel. Nothing that could have been controlled. Overall a good facility. Great staff. Accessibly located.

Nice ambience inside hotel
We chose this hotel as it had parking( on a first come first served basis) when we got there we were told it was full the whole 6 days we were there - so clearly not!
We were told of alternative options and used these - there was an arrangement for the parking ticket to be validated and reduce the cost from 29 euros to 16 . But the receptionist on one occasion didn’t do this properly and we had to pay the full amount. Only after the event did we get told we could press a help button to rectify this - too late!
Also not told that the car parks are super secure and they put their grills down - you just have to drive up and they will open up again- please tell people this up front !
The streets around are one way and difficult and my sat nav had no clue-
you can try and pull up outside the hotel to drop your bags off though but it is one way.
Our room was not cleaned on one of the days and the staff said “ thank you for telling us” but did not say they would pass it on to housekeeping so they could think about why that had happened! Poor staff training? They were mostly very young.
The area is not very nice, we saw obvious criminal activity in the streets ( drugs/ selling goods out of duffel bags in little huddles ) but were not threatened or approached. I think lone women would need to be very careful. Lots of strip clubs etc and we saw sex workers on street corners quite early in the evening
It was a 15 minute walk to the old town which was ok

Cute little hotel that has all the essentials. Very spacious room.
Gym was next to the sauna and when the sauna was in use the heat would poor into the gym. Made it hard to work out due to the heat.

Five minutes walk from the train station.
Rosalia is the best receptionist.
The room is spacious, the shower works perfectly (and that's not a given in hotels).
Food at the restaurant is very good (although there could be more vegan options), and staff is nice.
Gym is open 24/24 (it's very hot in there, though, because it's near de spa area).
Spa area is a great add-on but...
On the last day, we went to the spa area : three men were in the sauna and at least one of them was naked. We were so shocked that we didn't check if the other two were naked too (but I guess they were) and went straight back to our room. You HAVE TO put a sign that says swimsuits are mandatory.
Poor Wi-Fi; I ended up stopping using it.
The room is a bit noisy: noise of running water, air conditioning turning on, footsteps and children shouting in other rooms.
Also, lights system is a bit confusing. And on the last night, the nightstands/lamps did not turn off even when removing the keycard; we had to unplug them.

Great location with easy access to Munich central train station as well a large variety of nearby restaurants and grocery options. Short walk to major tourist sites in downtown Munich. Very comfortable rooms with mini-fridge.

Right next to the train station, the reception is very friendly. The cleaning service is TOP! We had a really good time there.
