We had a great stay here. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Breakfast was also very good, around 8/10.
We visited in early July and it was quite hot, so having AC was definitely appreciated. The location is also great and very convenient.
We watched the World Cup final in the hotel lobby with other guests, and luckily everyone there was supporting Spain, so the atmosphere was really fun.
Overall, a very good hotel and I would happily stay here again.

Very close to Munich Hauptbahnof. 5 minute walk. Get off at station, check in, throw suitcases in room and you can start sight seeing. Very convenient

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transportation and many attractions in Munich. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which made for a very pleasant experience overall.
The open shower design without a door or barrier caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor, creating quite a mess after each use. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from more shelf or counter space to store toiletries and personal items.

The Room was clean. The reception staff very nice. Breakfast was ok.
Very, very, very noisy! We could not sleep all night because the walls are so thin that you can hear everything in the rooms next to you and even when someone is taking a shower on the upper floor.

The facilities and staff were very good. Friendly, smiley and willing to help.
The bed was uncomfortable and the major issue was noise. The noise from above us was ridiculous. All we could hear late into the night was the heavy footsteps from the galloping wildebeests up stairs. This is of course not the hotels fault however it's what we experienced. No sleep equals a bad experience.
