The location was nice if you are planning on using the trains with any frequency. If not, then I would stay a little closer to city center because its a little quieter. If you are coming or going by train much though, its hard to beat the location,
I feel like my review is somewhat biased based on my personal experience which is based on the room we got. We were given a room on the top floor in the back corner which was like someones attic. Dormered ceilings, bad Wi-Fi, slow elevator, etc.

The front desk staff allowed us to check in super early. We were so grateful after an 8 hr overnight train. It was literally across from the train station. The included breakfast was excellent!
The property itself was very good, though, they did not have Do not Disturb signs for the door and housekeeping opened our door while knocking, we could have been in the middle of some snuggles, it was not close to check out yet.

Proximity to central Munich
No air conditioning and also our room was one floor up, right above some outside tables for a restaurant or bar. The noise was loud until really late at night even with the windows closed.

Location close to center, breakfast, and safe parking underground.
The smell in the room wasn't the best. With opened window we could hear a lot of noise from outside.
