Fantastic location to visit Oktoberfest - just 20 minutes walk from the tent. The hotel itself is surprisingly nice, with an old Bavaria vibe to it. The single room was quite large (for a single room) and with good soundproofing. The area itself is very convenient and, despite being in front of a large station, felt quite safe. Would definitely come back here when visiting Oktoberfest!

Excellent breakfast. Everything fresh and tasty. Very friendly staff. All facilities good. Large room. Staff very efficient.
Lift very slow. Got stuck with us in it but rescued promptly. No kettle in room. Aircon not working very hot in room had to open windows but very noisy as near train tracks.

Good location - we arrived from the airport by train and the Hotel is at the station. Good access to the tram, bus and train network. Good access to the centre of Munich and it was short walk 1.5km about 20 minutes.

A cozy, well appointed room with nice features. Hardwood floors, overall decor, and good feng shui made the small space feel like your favorite nook. I was a little disappointed I had to leave for dinner instead of curling up in my room.
It was so convenient to the train station and metro, but I should have looked up directions of what exit to use since google overshot it a bit.

The shower was poor being located mid-point along the length of the bath with a twisted nozzle. Breakfast was absurdly expensive as was the room rate.

The mistake on the booking made by booking.com which booking.com have failed to resolve. I booked 3 rooms 6 people. The booking received by the hotel was for 3 rooms and 4 people. I paid extra at the hotel for the 2 people missing entirely due to booking,com’s mistake and yet have not been reimbursed by booking.com
