Front office team were great and like the service. Location great as in front of the main station.
Breakfast dont have much options and team over their bit of an attitude and no smile or no understanding of guest. They need to go see other hotels buffet Bfast n what they do. If not they will ruining the whole party.
Bathroom had bit of water overflowing.

First, location. It is right across the street from the train station which was perfect for us as we had a lot of luggage and an early morning train the day of our departure. Friendly staff at check in. Very spacious and modern room with nice sitting area, comfortable beds, big bathroom and all the amenities in bathroom we needed. Nice hair dryer, shampoo, soap etc. the hotel is very beautifully renovated and modern. Also the tram lines and bus is on the street in front of hotel. That said, it is an easy walk to the Old Square - just a straight shot - that took ten minutes or less. There is a big grocery store with basic pharmacy supplies just a couple of doors down from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again especially if traveling by train.
All was perfect. No complaints. Even though it is across from the main train station and our room faced the street, it was very quiet. One thing to know, the AC won’t work if any window is open. For us, the cleaning crew left the bathroom window open every day so we had to come in, close the window, then the AC would come on. The windows are double windows so it isn’t like the window was open to the elements. But it was hot while we were in Munich so it would have been nice to have the room cooler when we walked in but it cooled quickly so this isn’t a big problem. Just FYI.

This hotel is excellent value for money in central Munich - the combination of location, rooms, a nice bar and restaurant, and price is hard to beat in the city.

Great start! The bed is so comfortable.. the location is right in front of the train station. My advise is, buy the breakfast when you book the room, otherwise paying for the breakfast separately can be costly. Amazing staff and great services tbh

Very good location, right across from the main train station.
Comfortable bed.

I’ve stayed here twice now and would stay again.
Lots of quick food options and supermarket are located in the subway area which is at most 1 min walk from hotel.
Being so close to train station does mean you hear trains but I think internal courtyard rooms are quieter.
The gym could do with some weights.

Excellent location beside the train station with easy transport links. Around a 15 minute walk from main town area. Clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Luggage storage available .
Expensive breakfast at 24euros each but plenty of cafes nearby
