The location is right across street from the Munich central train station. Minutes walk to Radius tours (also recommend) and hop on hop off buses plus minutes walk to Beer Garden Augustiner-Keller. It was a very clean hotel with helpful and kind staff and excellent breakfast buffet.

Perfect location by train station & still only short walk to old town. Best breakfast we had on our Europe trip! Staff were friendly & accommodating to what we needed. Great value! Would stay again!

Great location, a few minutes from the centre and just across the street from the main train station. Check in staff and wait staff in restaurant were polite and friendly. Large modern bedroom and bathroom
The only thing we were unhappy about was every morning at breakfast seeing the basket of danish pastries with flies crawling over them. We like so many other customers who noticed obviously wouldn’t eat them, such a shame when everything else was so spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Sliced bread for toasting was kept under a plastic dome so it would have been an easy fix to do the same for the pastries

Very good breakfast! It was chosen because of being in front of the Munchen HBF. Being near a train station is never a good ambiance but it seems safe during day time. Close to the city center and several supermarkets and convinience stores are within 2-3 min walk from the hotel. Staff was nice and waiters at the restaurant too.
Hotel was probably very good in the past. Rooms need to be urgently refurbished. Way too simple for what they charge and the pose. I must say though that sheets were good quality, white and clean. Towels were a bit worn out....

Hotel was directly across the street from the train station so it was perfect for us as we were using Munich as a center point of our travel - there's also a Lufthansa Express bus stop directly in front of the hotel so it was super easy to use that for transport to and from the airport. The staff members were amazing - I had a booking error and had actually booked the wrong night - they were incredible in helping me sort it out with Booking.com. A lot of hotels might not have been so gracious especially since I didn't book direct.
I can't think of anything - the front desk staff were great, lovely breakfast, clean, updated and quiet room - the lounge/bar is lovely, very cozy and a very attentive, gracious bartender.
