The friendly welcome service by the staff from the reception made mehappy. As the room was ready, she could let me check in even though I arrived very early in the morning. I also received the prompt attendance to fix a minor issue caused by me. The hotel is just two-minute walk to the Munich central station. The staff from the restaurant were also nice.
The wi-fi in the room was quite slow. It might be because of the room location. The pillows were too soft for me. It was just my personal opinion.

Exceptional location by Hauptbahnhof; well sized, clean room; closet with hangers; in-room safe; comfortable bed; desk space and chair; bathroom - ample hot water with good water pressure; nice breakfast included.
Only one bath towel provided - second given when requested, but not automatically replenished. Poor quality and very limited amount of toiletries - surprising considering the level of the hotel.

Central hotel next to main railway station. Lufhansa settle drops off right outside. Rooms very comfortable and a good size. Decent breakfast.

Location to railway station for our train connection. Very pleasant staff. Fabulous room with a very comfy bed.
No tea or coffee making facility in the room. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Poor design and organisation of the buffet. Everyone was in everyone elses way including the waiters. Didnt like having to ask and wait for coffee.

The hotel room was very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the breakfast very good. We liked the location as well. Our stay was short but very enjoyable. I certainly would book this hotel again.
