Wonderful
I stayed at Eden Wolff Hotel and overall had a great experience. They kindly allowed me to check in earlier than planned and also let me stay 3 hours longer after checkout, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was standard, nothing special. The only downside was that the room wasn’t cleaned every day, which could be improved. But apart from that, everything was great!

The location is perfect, near the central train station, subway and tram. It is close to the tourist attractions in the city center. The room was big, clean and comfortable. For the breakfast there were many delicious options. The staff was polite and helpful.

The team got me exactly the room that I requested, the hotel was the perfect blend of welcoming and high standards, I felt at home here. Breakfast was impressive, service excellent, very enjoyable. The reception desk decorated with the old room keys was a great touch. All staff were friendly, and an issue with my room was dealt with perfectly. Thankyou

Reception staff were pleasant, the facilities were very good. The hotel is situated right by the main railway/underground stations.
Breakfast staff were rude and not terribly efficient. We had to call reception to have the sauna switched on 30 minutes before using it but they failed to switch it on the first two days we asked for it. Cleaning could have been better, there were long hairs on the radiator in the bathroom which were there when we arrived and still there when we left. I didn't like the bed but that may have been my personal taste, it was a bit soft and lumpy and the pillows were feather, again not for me.

They give my a room which was different with the one in the system. In the checkout they couldnt match my name with the room key. The cleanliness was bad. The basket in the bathroom had the same papers and wastes from day one until the day i left. Also i got a cup with coffee day 2 and noone cleaned it until i left.

Located very near the central train station, bus stop to airport & within walking distance of the old town area. This hotel has a charming interior with high ceilings and beautiful paintings hung throughout. The staff at reception, breakfast and bar were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location—just a short walk from the train station. There are restaurants, as well as DM and Müller, nearby. It's also close to the tram station, making travel to various tourist attractions very convenient. There are several elevators available. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and all speak English well. However, the room was quite dusty and not very clean.

Well-located (right by the Bahnhof).
Lots of eating options as well for breakfast and dinner. Right by the u-bahn and tram. Bed was comfortable. Has elevators for tourists with big luggages
The pillows are too soft that it is very hard to sleep in. Would be nice to have free tea bags and/or coffee in the rooms. They are charging if you want just one tea bag. The cleaning is not very thorough, we used glasses for juices, the cleaning lady did not bother to wash the glasses. While the hotel is located, there are some shady areas as it right by the train station and the shelter

Well located right across from main train station. Lufthansa express bus stops right in front of hotel.
Comfortable 15 minutes walk to Marienplatz.
Good size room for the price
Love the German restaurant right next door.
Room is a bit dated and bed a little soft for my liking.
