Well-located (right by the Bahnhof).
Lots of eating options as well for breakfast and dinner. Right by the u-bahn and tram. Bed was comfortable. Has elevators for tourists with big luggages
The pillows are too soft that it is very hard to sleep in. Would be nice to have free tea bags and/or coffee in the rooms. They are charging if you want just one tea bag. The cleaning is not very thorough, we used glasses for juices, the cleaning lady did not bother to wash the glasses. While the hotel is located, there are some shady areas as it right by the train station and the shelter

Well located right across from main train station. Lufthansa express bus stops right in front of hotel.
Comfortable 15 minutes walk to Marienplatz.
Good size room for the price
Love the German restaurant right next door.
Room is a bit dated and bed a little soft for my liking.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had experienced because everything was easy to find. A nice touch was waiters served the tea and coffee. Everything exuded class.

This is a lovely hotel. Despite the proximity to the largest train station in Munich, our room was quiet and secure. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The room was spacious and could be darkened completely for sleeping. The breakfast was good too. We would go back!

Perfect location in front of the central train station. Perfect beds! I slept like a princess.
Very nice, helpful, kind staff. And a very good breakfast! We even canceled a different reservation to another hotel in munich in the near future to return to this hotel!
