The room is very tiny and doesn't have even a tea maker. It has a restaurant attached that is a big plus. Overall I am disappointed!

I loved the front of house staff, wonderful welcome I did not enjoy the attitude of the dining staff; when asking for hot water, they just gave me a disstanful look,and that was for both my stays I found them very unapproachable and was almost to scared to ask for water in my flask. If there is no kettle provided, getting access to hot water should be easy, and l have stayed in hotels all over the world, and never had this issue . Also why no drinking water in the room,I arrived late, and woke up in night wanting a glass of water, can you drink tap water, is so please inform on booking in, The hotel itself is beautiful and great for train station, l just had that bad experience, and it was on 2 visits .However rest of staff just lovely,

Only plus is the proximity to the Main Train Station, but the area itself feels rather criminal and dirty - Munich is not what it used to be.
Biggest shock and bitterness accumulated from an incident during breakfast - extremely rude and aggressive staff member, who even allowed themselves to swear behind my back, hoping I was not hearing or understanding their foreign accent. This is an absolute "no go" in hospitality. Decided not to waste my energy on even raising the topic with the concierges at the reception. Pointless. Hospitality is for people who are genuinely kind and empathetic. To all travellers - never compromise on the quality of your accommodation because of location or lower price - better pay more or stay home.

This was our 3rd time staying here which was another great stay. Location is fantastic for the Xmas markets. Train station is right across the road & the coach stop to the airport is outside the hotel. Staff all great and the hotel is spotless as always . Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is good. The only negative is that there are no coffee making facilities in the room.
