Location was excellent, being near the main station and about 500 metres into the old town. Valet parking was available whilst staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent value. Room was spacious with towels replaced each day. An excellent hotel, great value for money. Would stay here again.

Close to augustiner keller beer garden and the train station and also only a lovely 15 min walk to Marienplatz. (Muse see!) Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful stay!
No coffee in the room, but plenty of coffee at breakfast

Perfect location if you need to travel further and still stay close to Marienplatz. The hotel staff extremely nice and helpful!

Excellent buffet breakfast in a lovely, old-world dining room. Immediately across from the main train station, so convenient for public transport or for those moving on from Munich.
Furniture was worn and a bit shabby. Lobby somewhat cramped and uninviting.

Very friendly staff, well kept property, felt very safe in the hotel.
There just weren’t enough pillows on the room, and the first night, they forgot to make up the extra bed for my child- even though we had clearly booked him in. I was far too tired after 15 hours of travel to wait for staff to do this and my child just wanted to go to sleep. They remembered to do it for the next night and he felt much better. The first night he said that he had felt forgotten. ?

Excellent location, right across from the main train station. Also close to some of the attractions and with a tourist bus close by. The room was clean and comfortable and the welcome to the hotel was very warm. The lady reception even put up with my broken German, although I am sure that her English would have made communication easier between the two of us!
Honestly, it is not about the property, but more about the surroundings as a lot of areas around the train station tend to have a lot of seedy characters hanging out on the streets on both sides of the train station, so I did not venture out after dark.
