Only wish the studio apartment was a little bigger with better seating as we were there for 3 weeks. Kitchen area could also be better equipped

Location is great, just center of attractions that worth to be seen or visited. They provide very good discount for nearest public parking.

In the heart of Munich’s old town, across the street from the market, a short stroll to iconic architecture and world class shopping. Perfect for exploring Munich’s best. Close to public transportation and the train station. Staff was friendly and professional.
We had two rooms overlooking the courtyard, they were nice, but both smelled a bit musty. Opening the windows and turning on the fan addressed the issue.

The location of the hotel was great and right next to the old town.
I do not often complain or leave bad reviews but please head my warnings about this place - the staff at check in were very strange and the initial room provided was smaller than expected and next to elevator (I booked a business double but I don’t think that there is a difference between regular and this one) I asked for another room away from elevator which they were resistant at first to accommodating and then found another room. The view was nice but on the street with a lot of noise. The real issue was the air conditioning which was stagnant and not pushing through cold air- the room was stuffy and hot and they should not indicate the room has air conditioning- it does not! I asked for a fan to give some air flow in the room and had to ask 3 times although everything I asked they said they would bring it right up. A very strange feel to the place and I would not recommend this accommodation (I hav never recommended this before)

It is across the street from a wonderful market. Nice area with lots of restaurants. Really a wonderful location.
The property is borderline run down. We were i. The older section. The lobby is nice enough but the hallways, elevators and rooms are old and cheesy. Our safe would not close, then after several requests the maintenance tech 'fixed" it the next day. Once our belongings were locked in the safe, it would not open. Again, the technician was gone for the day and many requests later and two maintenance workers later the safe was opened. We only had two days in Munich and the issues with the safe took up hours of our visit. I had scheduled a return stay at the end of our trip, but have cancelled and found a lovely hotel a couple of blocks away. I will not recommend the hotel or stay here again.

This hotel was very nice. Great shower, nice toiletries (even conditioner!). The tv had lots of channels. Location was cool, with the market steps away, and not nearly as dodgy as some other places in Munich. We felt pretty safe walking around this part at night, it was close to the touristy area.
The main reason I selected this hotel was because the listing advertised that the hotel had A/C. Even when set to the lowest possible setting (15 degrees Celsius!), it was still too hot to even sleep. Couldn't leave the window open as bugs were flying in. We did not get good sleep while we stayed here. Most of the places without A/C (so... most hotels in Germany lol) at least have a little plug-in fan.

Location was superb! Across the road from Viktualienmarkt, 5 minutes from Marienplatz. Rooms were nice and comfotable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
