Amazing location.
The complimentary drinks in the minibar (refilled daily) were a generous and thoughtful touch.
The room was huge and very spacious, with plenty of storage.
The air conditioner was very noisy and didn’t cool the room effectively.
Water pressure in the shower was weak, and there wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower consecutively.
The cleanliness could be improved. I even spotted two cockroaches in my room during my stay.
Breakfast felt overpriced for what it offered.

Location! We were away for a night and the hotel allowed us to keep some luggage at the hotel. They offer a free mini bar to every room.

Located right in the center of Munich, very clean, nice stuff
This feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. No lobby, no hotel facilities - very strange experience..
The room is a bit dark and there is noise from the outside.

Breakfast buffet is really good and fresh. Great location.
My room was very tiny, no place to open a normal suitcase and still be able to walk through the room. I had to go over some sort of fire escape-type of stairs outside in a courtyard to reach my room, which was not really easy with a suitcase. I had a floor-length window at the entrance and I had to close the non-see through curtains all-day, so people passing by could not look into my room. But this meant no daylight when I was in the room. For a business trip ok, but this “motel”-like room with entrance in the courtyard was very inconvenient.

Absolutely fantastic location opposite Viktualienmarkt. Super friendly staff and receptionists. Delicious breakfast and cool interior design. Would definitely recommend
There was no aircon in our room under the roof. It can become very hot in summer.
The rooms have wooden floor, hence you hear a lot of the neighbours stomping, trampling and kids jumping or throwing luggage pieces. You could also hear neighbours showering or flushing the toilet.
We used their valet parking and got the car back with huge scratches on the side door. Unfortunately we saw it only when we had left as we were in a rush…. Bad luck - probably also not the hotel’s fault

We chose to stay here because the room had a kitchenette in it and we wanted to be able to get our own breakfast due to dietary requirements. The kitchenette was in a cupboard with a fold out bench, which was not practical to use.
There was nothing in the kitchenette/cupboard, so we had to ask for cutlery and crockery, but it was not a workable option.
