The staff were friendly and helpful. The setting is quiet and clean. The price is reasonable. The location is bit off but subway U1 takes is to the old town in no time.
There are not many restraints around here.

Seperate rooms and the staff gave us stuff to cook with. The bathroom was great and the bed was very comfortable. Loved that we had 2 different TVs.
It said it had A/C but it was just a fan and it barely worked. It was very hot at night.

Location is near Olympia park, edeka next door, great swimming facility at Dantebad. Neighborhood and hotel feels like living in an apartment. Had a nice outdoor space for our room.

Location was good for public transport - trams and trains only a short walk away. It was great having a supermarket just at the entrance to the hotel - very handy. A nice cafe down the room with a great menu.
Despite the room being advertised with a fully equiped kitchen, I arrived to an empty kitchen. I asked reception who advised that despite booking a room with a kitchen I had to ask for kitchen supplies. Reception then handed over two bowls and plates plus one set of cutlery - no pots/pans, wooden spoons anything to cook with, very frustrating and not why a booked a room of this type. Despite the room being advertised with a mini fridge with selected drinks free of charge this was only restocked once during my 2.5 week stay. Beware there is no air-conditioning. The room was so hot with only a door to the balcony and a small window above. A pedestal fan was supplied but this just circulated hot air. If you are going to stay in summer reconsider this accommodation. I would not book this accommodation again.

The staff is very nice and have no problem speaking English. There is always someone in the lobby 24/7. The location is right by the Olympiapark and close to the centre and all the important toursit places.
Honeslty I'll preface this by saying that for one night only this is a great hotel. If you need somewhere to crash in between travels then it is good. Staying longer here is possible if you spend your time 90% outside of the hotel. What bothers me is the little things that I very much pay attention to. For example, when I booked on the Booking.hr it said we had a free breakfast included with the booking. We were informed when we got there that there is no free breakfast which was a bummer because that was a big reason I booked this hotel. Then we were told we got a free upgrade to a larger room due to some reasons, but I figured out a lot of people booked and they didn't have space for us. The upgrade did not really feel like an upgrade, as it is a two story apartment and the bed is down in the "basement". It is cold down, and there is a window and doors right above your bed, even the blackout curtains didn't make me feel safe. The showerhead sounds like someone is screaming for some reason. The shower floor is slanted into the middle and drains slowly, so you have to be careful not to overflood the floor so that you don't flood the whole bathroom. The seal on the glass doors of the shower doesn't really do its thing. The sheets of the bed had very light staining, almost unseeable but my attenion to details didn't like that. The bed is good but too soft for my liking, and I feel like it has indents from the use. The problem isn't the service or the staff, just the rooms itself.

Our apartment had everything we needed, and a paid garage meant we didn't have to search for (non-existent) parking on the street. The restaurant right outside of the hotel was a life-saver. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and even helped us out by accepting our late luggage before we got there, from the airline's delivery service.
The apartment we were in didn't have separation between the living and sleeping areas, meaning that it was challenging with young children. Layout was a little awkward, with stairs to get to both bedroom / bathroom level and living area / second bedroom, the entrance/kitchen being on "half-level". The open stairway meant that light in one area was visible everywhere.

Pretty good location if you don't expect to be in the very city centre 2 minutes after walking out of the hotel.
Clean room (although I wish there was staff at the front desk when I was walking by it, so I could opt out of room cleaning - unnecessary for 3 nights).
