Ideal location for the marathon (short walk along pedestrian path to Olympiastadium). Convenient to have a supermarket literally outside and both subway and tram stops nearby. The small kitchen was also handy. The staff were very helpful and quick to arrange a handyman to come and fix our bathroom sink (fixed within 30 minutes of reporting). An air cooling fan was provided too. Quiet residential area.
The room was very warm and only had a small window (which we didn't want to open much at night because the smoke from the guests smoking at the outdoor seating of the restaurant downstairs would drift up). That is only an issue on that one corner of the hotel though.

Very pleasant location with very close-by metro station. In between two beautiful places: Nymphenburg and Olympiapark. Big grocery store right at the hotel entrance.
Had to have the terrace door open (no ventilation or aircon) and all the noise came in.

The hotel was very nice and cosy. The rooms are small, but so perfectly arranged, that you have everything you need. The furniture is very well designes. We liked the location, because the area is quiet and nice for a walk. Close to metro station for line 1 and 7.

The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was nice. The location was great: subway station 5 minutes walk from the hotel, easy to reach with a car from outside the city.
The first room we got had a liking window, and water started to appear when it started raining. We got a new room in a short while. All the rooms are rather old, and they have a particular smell.

Beautiful location, really quiet, peaceful and green, but still close to public transport
There is a construction site directly at the back of the hotel and it looks straight into peoples rooms - port a loos and everything.
The balconies of the next door room are so close to your window that its like the person on the balcony is standing in your room, next to your bes. Their cigarette smoke blows directly into your face so you cant open a window.

Fast checkin, room not new but clean.
There was no AC, so we opened the windows, but without a wind room havent been cooling much. We were sleeping with an open window and at 7 am noisy construction work started on the street. I guess its temporary but nevertheless.

Breakfast was pretty good, nice variety of food and I also liked the location, it was within a walking distance of the Olympiahalle which was the reason why I went to Munich. The staff was also friendly!.
NO AC in the room, that was a huge turn off and even though the temperature outside was not that bad, inside the room was a little hot and having AC is a MUST for a hotel. I also didn't like that there was no place to park other than on the street and there was no available spots..., after a good 30 mins going around and around the block I finally was able to park and to find out the Hotel had a Parking garage for a daily fee but no signs anywhere of such thing, I wished the advertised that on the website or anywhere near the main entrance, it could've saved me the trouble if finding a spot. The room was a bit small and there was no microwave
