The location is good; pretty close to the subway. Good breakfast. Great bathroom, with roomy shower. Very good internet and WIFI signal everywhere I went. The room was pretty clean, with very good size. I staid alone in the room and it had more than enough space! I got 2 beers and 2 bottles of water on the house, which was nice!
The furniture in the room is really dated, damaged and poorly repaired. The curtains had some cigarette burns on them and I found some spider nests at the windows and loads of dust when I opened them... No AC, just some fan in the closet

The hotel was very close to the metro making it easy to get to Oktoberfest. The staff left us an Oktoberfest cookie and beers- very nice welcome! The first room we got was too close to the street and we didn't get good sleep. We had to change rooms and pay more for it but the new room was very nice. The bed was comfortable enough and they gave us extra pillows as we asked. We did not have breakfast there so I don't know what it was like.
Our first room was too close to the street so we could hear people talking. We did not sleep well so we had to switch rooms. This is always annoying but we are glad we did because the second room was a lot better.

Clean. comfortable room with a bit of space and nice view out over the garden courtyard. Great location within easy walking distance of old city and train station to/from airport

Good mattrasse,
1. Main mirror at bathroom is coated dark brown. Now clear reflection, distorted natural colors, means: definitely no help for morning make up at all!!! Wall plug for hair dryer at ceiling hight: difficult, or even no accessibility for female. 3. Extreme unfriendly midnight noise: neighbor in in room 530 celebrating extreme outdoor session with phone and conversation.

Location clean, set up, staff, laundry facilities - I was surprised, as was wondering if it was going to be ok after reading bad reviews. I stayed in a business double for 2 weeks and it was perfect. 24 hr service is helpful, staff were attentive, cleaning constantly, the room was clean and the bed comfortable and the kitchenette just right for an extended stay. I would recommend it and stay again.
The gym is old and things are broken / cant use it really.
