Apartment is really nice and functional. Location is great quite near public transport. Great place for kids since there are a lot of playgrounds nearby and even the yard behind the building is nice.
We were quite confused when we got incorrect room cards from the self checkin terminal. Fortunately we also got the correct ones at the same time so were able to get into our room. It was a bit problematic having no employees available for 3 days in the checkin office, having in mind how many apartments are there I would expect someone to be there at least for some hours during the day. The cleaning during the stay was non existent, I would have expected someone to at least vacum or clean the floors when the stay is longer. Taking the trash out by ourselves was not that much of a problem but instructions on where to dump the threash was not clear, especially if the trash should be separated for recycling.

The place was… okay. Fairly average overall — clean-looking at first glance, but nothing really worth highlighting.
The smell in the room was just awful — indescribable and persistent. We still don’t know what it was, but it was strong enough to make us want to leave the windows wide open 24/7. Check-in instructions were sent, yes — but zero information about the underground parking. No spot number, no designated area — nothing. We ended up sneaking in behind another car and had to play detective to figure out where (and if) we were allowed to park. As for the host — radio silence until several days after we had already checked out. Then came the helpful message: “I suppose you found the parking, then.” Indeed we did. On our own. Sherlock-style. Not a place we’d recommend — unless you're into mysterious odors and self-service everything.

The location is excelent, close to the Hellabrunn Zoo, the Mittersendling train station and a small park. The neighborhood is very quiet and you have a Rewe 50 meters away. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and had everything we needed (kitchen utensils, kitchen ware, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove).
Minor inconveniences: - There a few dings and scratches on the walls and furniture, but these are normal usage of the apartments. - You have to take out your own trash when you leave and have to remember to have it sorted for recycling. - There is no cleaning if you have small stays, like 6 nights. It is specified that there is cleaning for longer stays and if you request one on your own you have to pay for it. Also, read the apartment instructions when you arrive.

Great, clean space in a good location. I recommend! The metro stop is a 1-2 minute walk out of the front door. There is parking(albeit limited) at the front of the hotel.

Location is very convenient, close to S-Bahn, 30 minutes to the center, not far from U-Bahn, near the zoo. Very clean new apartments, big room for family (3 persons), lots of dishes, glasses, cups, coffee machine.

It is comfortable and good value for money
They should put exhaust fan near the stove for the studio unit because there is kitchen inside. But then we still managed to cook.
