it was pretty quiet
The ventilation in the room was missing the cover, there ware spots of humidity in the room. The lights did not function well in the room. Time at reception was taking too long, with very poor english

I like the location close to the are in Munic that we were visiting.
The carpet in the room was very dirty. The bathroom was dirty too. Plus the walls are badly soundproof.

Literally steps away from the Harras junction, which means a direct metro connection to downtown, and direct connection to the Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn, that takes like 10 minutes. Amazing. Also the beds are indeed fluffy :) Despite its shortcomings I find this place to be a great value, I usually stay here when I'm visiting town.
The rooms are a little dorm-like and if you are unlucky and your neighbours are noisy, then you're gonna hear them. The sink is super small and the bathroom is not the most comfortable, but honestly, it does the job. For some reason I didn't get new towels every day, that was the norm here previously.
