The location was nice and the hotel’s restaurant served delicious pinsa.
Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the facilities and service we expected. The layout of the room was very strange and impractical. The shower was basically in the middle of the room and the way it was positioned made the whole space feel awkward and poorly designed. The bathroom itself was also extremely small. The room was missing several basic amenities. There was no fridge, no iron, no kettle to make tea, no bottle opener etc. One of the most frustrating things was the TV. The hotel advertised a Smart TV with access to Netflix, but the TV had no internet connection, making the feature completely useless. We spent quite a while trying to get it to work before asking at reception, only to be told very casually that it simply did not work.

Nice decor, loved the little garden terrace which was especially great for having breakfast
We asked for the room to be cleaned and the garbage removed (you have to explicitly ask for this) but this was forgotten by the staff. Refrigerator was not included (optional paid upgrade).

The atmosphere in the court yard and in the roof top bar was fantastic. The room was very clean.
Airconditioning was not working (we stayed during a heatwave beginning of July 2026). It was extremely hot in the room. We slept with open windows, but the street was VERY loud. We stayed for 4 nights and after these four nights we were really exhausted and super tired. We asked the staff several times to check the AC or to move us to a different room, but they were unable to help. We received a voucher for a free drink, which was ridiculous... The WiFi was not very stable. We were unable to work from the hotel. The room is tiny. The bathroom is in the 'hallway' of the room and the toilet is so so small and without fan :-(.

Staff behaviour was a complete disappointment. 90% of the staff was rude, angry and unpolite. 2 ladies were nice always but all the rest a nightmare. Customer service training would be necessary.

Location was very handy, just a few minutes walk to Sendlinger Tor U-Bahn which connects you to the whole city, and about 15 minute walk to Marienplatz where all the action is. Whilst the room was small, it was very well appointed with everything you'd need for a city break. The hotel is very beautifully designed, especially the garden and the rooftop bar. The staff in both bars were lovely and very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was simple but adequate.
The staff on reception were efficient but very cold. .
