Strange solution with a shower. We had a room that was very close to the front door, and we could hear every slam and beep from our room, but thankfully, the staff managed to change the room (thanks for this)

Nice design, friendly café and garden, clean and tidy.
The smallest room is a bit too small and the bathroom is practically inside the room, so showering is a little bit of a nuisance.

Great triple room. Spotlessly clean. Room at front of hotel but quiet with windows closed. Free sparkling or still water available at reception
Shower was tricky to get temperature setting right. Breakfast is busy and not really enough seating. Pretty much left to.navigate this on our own by staff

Perfect location in Munich, walking distance to old town through Seldinger Tor, and to transportation. Awesome breakfast every morning and cool rooftop bar at night.

Cool funky vibe! Two bars on site (at least the main floor one is fine for kids to eat at). Rooms are the standard basic setup with a few bonuses like the light around the bottom of the bed that lights up at night when your feet hit the floor so you can see your way in the dark to the bathroom.
We had issues with the air turning off during the night, which then had us waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. Couldn’t ever get it to not turn off. Also, we left something behind and immediately reached out to the hotel but never got a response.

Stsff were very friendly, food was excellent and everything was very clean
The room was compact. 100% serviceable but compact. Not much room to relax in. The TV also didn't work as the WiFi was poor... but that wasn't too much of an issue as we were out most of yhe day anyway

The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.
We stayed four nights on the 5th floor, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The first night, we couldn't sleep until midnight because of the loud music blasting from the rooftop bar. Then, on two separate mornings, we were rudely woken up at 8 AM by drilling and construction noise coming from the 6th floor—directly above our room. If you're not ready to open certain areas of the hotel, then don't. Guests come here to relax, not to be subjected to relentless noise and early morning construction. My advise to travelers is please be mindful to confirm renovation status with reception if you are assigned room from 514 onwards. Also, Wi-Fi didn't work in our room 90% of the time...

The aesthetic and marketing were good
It felt more like a restaurant with rooms rather than a hotel. The receptionist is also a bartender and lacked the personal touches of a hotel whose main goal is suitable housing for guests. Where it claims "sustainability" felt more like a cover for laziness as rooms were not tended to even when requested. The tv broke one evening in my room and no one was on site to assist. The receptionist/bartender offer me a free breakfast to compensate. If staying on a Saturday night I recommend bringing ear plugs as there is loud music nearby. Overall it was overpriced for the experience and I wouldn't stay again.
