Perfect location in Munich, walking distance to old town through Seldinger Tor, and to transportation. Awesome breakfast every morning and cool rooftop bar at night.

Cool funky vibe! Two bars on site (at least the main floor one is fine for kids to eat at). Rooms are the standard basic setup with a few bonuses like the light around the bottom of the bed that lights up at night when your feet hit the floor so you can see your way in the dark to the bathroom.
We had issues with the air turning off during the night, which then had us waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. Couldn’t ever get it to not turn off. Also, we left something behind and immediately reached out to the hotel but never got a response.

Stsff were very friendly, food was excellent and everything was very clean
The room was compact. 100% serviceable but compact. Not much room to relax in. The TV also didn't work as the WiFi was poor... but that wasn't too much of an issue as we were out most of yhe day anyway

The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming.
We stayed four nights on the 5th floor, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The first night, we couldn't sleep until midnight because of the loud music blasting from the rooftop bar. Then, on two separate mornings, we were rudely woken up at 8 AM by drilling and construction noise coming from the 6th floor—directly above our room. If you're not ready to open certain areas of the hotel, then don't. Guests come here to relax, not to be subjected to relentless noise and early morning construction. My advise to travelers is please be mindful to confirm renovation status with reception if you are assigned room from 514 onwards.
Also, Wi-Fi didn't work in our room 90% of the time...

The aesthetic and marketing were good
It felt more like a restaurant with rooms rather than a hotel. The receptionist is also a bartender and lacked the personal touches of a hotel whose main goal is suitable housing for guests. Where it claims "sustainability" felt more like a cover for laziness as rooms were not tended to even when requested. The tv broke one evening in my room and no one was on site to assist. The receptionist/bartender offer me a free breakfast to compensate. If staying on a Saturday night I recommend bringing ear plugs as there is loud music nearby. Overall it was overpriced for the experience and I wouldn't stay again.

Good location and great bar in lobby plus a nice rooftop.
Elevators can be tricky to catch if they’re busy with the rooftop, but you can take the stairs if you’re in a hurry

The staff were so nice and accommodating, the room was nice and clean, the shower was nice with good pressure and rituals shampoo. Overall we enjoyed our stay
The bed was super uncomfortable and hard, as someone with back problems i ended up having a lot of pain.

Lovely vibe with fantastic staff. Really nice reception and bar area. Close to ubahn and loads of restaurants.
The hideaway cocoon was an amazing room.
In our triple room the air con didn’t work and blew out hot air. We asked for it to be fixed on the first day but still wasn’t by the third. We were offered a fan but it never arrived.
Room 117 was also above the delivery area and 3am most mornings was a long delivery of something that woke up the kids.

a good restaurant with tasty food
I planned my vacation travel several months in advance and specifically searched for hotels with available parking, as I am not from Germany and did not want to search for a parking spot upon arrival. The hotel does not allow parking reservations, and when we arrived, the parking was fully occupied. We had to park 1 km away from the hotel, which cost €70 for 1 day and 13 hours.

It's an interesting concept. The bar and dining areas were wonderfully appointed, including a roof bar. The self-designed pinsa I ordered was delicious. The staff were so good looking and happy to help answering questions.
Given the 'fabulous' rating, I expected more. My room was small, with the shower stall and sink accessible via the room's hallway, i.e. there is no bathroom per se. The toilet was tucked in a closet, but was so small that I had to leave the door open to make room for my knees. Underground parking is limited; parking on the street requires two 2-euro coins every two hours. I got an underground parking space on the second day of my stay - YAY!!
