The room was very pleasant and quiet. Next time I won't take the cheapest room. It was a little too small without any closet space. The staff was very accommodating. Rich breakfast (addl price), free wifii, location is great (15 minutes walk to Old Town). Definitely a find.

Clean and spacious rooms, there's a bar on first floor which is also the reception. We were greeted nicely. The parking costs 25 Euros each night and it's very limited (I had the last spot available). If you like walking it's considered near the city center as well, the breakfast is good as well as the staff.

This hotel is very well located and is quite modern. A ton of their amenities are not like your average hotel which makes for a unique experience. The room was super comfortable and overall a good one.
The staff. The gentleman whom was there in the morning when I tried to do an early check in was very rude. I tried to ask again nicely if there was any chance to do early and he seem to get agitated and any little convenience seemed to be a bother to him. I understand if an early check in can’t be done as it is out of his hands but the service from him wasn’t great. Also a woman who seemed to run the breakfast was extremely rude when I asked if there would be more eggs coming out. She looked in disgust and just said no. Very rude. However the woman who checked me in after was more pleasant.

Lazy unfriendly staff, full ignorance in the restaurant - you can wait for waiters for 20 min, sometimes they ask you to order in the bar.

The breakfast was wonderful. It is clean, beautiful, great location, and comfortable. I love the concept and your commitment to the environment. Everything was in great working order as well. Very unique!
It was a little cramped (especially the bathroom). The toilet stall could have been a little better. However, there was plenty of room for our stuff. Very well designed to ensure there are areas to store and hang items.

We stayed in room 420 and loved it. Very clean, spacious and well furnished. Staff was extremely pleasant and courteous to us and other patrons. The breakfas wast was fabalous and offered a large variety of dishes. We will definitely return to Cocoon Salinger Tor and have great memories of our stay there. We also loved the decor of the whole place and was quite unique!
I love potatoes with my eggs in the morning and only offered it 1 out 6 days of our stay.

The room and bathroom were spacious. The luggage room was nicely done.
There was no plug in near the bed so my phone (as clock) was all the way across the room. Because I needed to be on time to the airport early I wanted to see the time each time I woke in the night. Could not do that without walking across the room.

It was the last nighy of my trip and when I reached this hotel got the best news of my trip taht m,y room has been upgraded. The room I got was fabulous with a bathtub in the middle of the room it was giving a spa like feel. I erased all my travel weariness in a min. Centrally located with chirstmas market in walkable distance. Also very close to U-Banh (metro) just 5-10 mins walk away.

The lobby/bar area was very cozy but tiny
The lobby area was part of the bar/restaurant, we had to clear the area when they were closing, so no way to hang there on you terms and play games or relax, we thought it was somewhat weird for the hotel to do that. Rooms have absolutely nothing in them, not even coffee machine. Warning, the 3 persons room was not decorated, I thought we were in the empty apartment… Same goes for the room service, you have to request it, otherwise, you get no service. We would not be staying there again.

The service was super great!!! Stella and Ben helped us a lot! they were so.nice!
The breakfast was very good, they cooked me a spesial eggs beacause I can't eat milk. They bring us a katel. If you want they give you a bottle of water or soda free.
The hotel located 6 min wallking to U metro.
The room little bit small
The shower its not sealed... but its nothing compere what you will get! We will back!8
