Very nice, original decor. Great location if you especially desire proximity to the main train station. Staff were very helpful, kind, and funny.

Disappointing
Delightfully quirky decor albeit room presentation was very tired. Location was great except there is a multi-storey construction building happening directly across the road.
Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and comfortable.
This is the only hotel where our booking data has been hacked. Whilst the room was clean, its presentation (maintenance) was well below expectation. We paid extra for sky view which looked directly over high-rise construction site. We paid 5-star and maybe got 3-star.

The whole vibes are not comparable and feels creepy, bathroom smells so bad, and cleanliness level is low

There’s no kettle, towels didn’t feel clean (some stains), I’ve asked the staff for room service for the following day (because they won’t do this unless you tell them due to their environmental policy) and when i requested on the day of check in, it was then completely missed.

This hotel is fantastic. Great, great vibe. The breakfast was incredible. The decoration is amazing. BUT: the duvet is too small. There was no coffee in the room, nor small refrigerator.
